Weight & Diabetes, killer issues.

November 15, 2018

Obesity and diabetes are two of the fastest growing causes of death, not necessarily due to the disease itself.

Obesity comes with high cholesterol to harden and clog arteries. It increases the risk of heart disease and diabetes quite dramatically. With nearly 60% of the US population dealing with weight, and weight related issues, it is important, now more than ever, to start taking steps to protect yourself from these killers.

Diabetes is not necessarily caused by obesity, but they are significantly linked together. So, working on a healthy lifestyle and getting to a healthy weight are important in reducing the risk for diabetes and other weight related illnesses.

There is tons of information on the internet on weight loss plans, diet tips, and exercises. It all comes down to saying... "Today, I start getting better. I am going to eat better. Live better. Feel better!"
