If you're reading this, you're still alive and breathing and that is a start. Too often we focus on the negative aspects in our life. So, by changing our negative pattern of thinking we can affect our pain levels. Positive thoughts can help you heal, literally! Instead of focusing on what didn't get done, marvel at your accomplishments, or the feats of those around you. Instead of stressing about the holidays, enjoy the time you get to spend with family and friends. When we dwell on the negative it can start a cycle of depression, even if it is small, and soon all we see is bad.
If we start to look on the bright side a little more often you'll find there is a whole lot more to look at.
